[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting services to the government authority located in Reno, NV.
- Measure, monitor and report quarterly and annually or as specifically requested from time-to-time, on the performance of Investments against industry benchmarks, custom benchmarks, peer comparisons or alternative measurements as requested by the Investment Committee
- Ongoing monitoring of the pools’ asset allocation and provide dynamic rebalancing recommendations as appropriate. Recommendations should include forward looking annual (4 quarters) perspective of asset allocations including monthly cash inflows and outflows.
- Advise, assist and conduct portfolio manager searches when needs arise.
- Prepare materials for the Investment Committee meetings both in print and electronic format, which include, but are not limited to, quarterly performance reports, and supporting documentation and/or materials of any agenda action item that the Investment Committee may take action on
- Provide telephone, email, virtual or in-person consulting to UNR Foundation staff and investment committee members as necessary.
- Monitor and provide independent alerts to impending risks that may impact fund managers and fund performance
- Advise and assist as needed, in development of Portfolio Management fees disclosures, with the objective of minimizing management fees
- Formulate guidelines, best practices, policy and procedure documents to assure the Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds act is followed and Foundation fiduciary obligations are met.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2021.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
