[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide registration and decal manufacturing services for the production, printing, and mailing of registration forms w/decal and permit indicia to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
- Printing system for vehicle registration cards with validation decals.
- Must accommodate varying sizes of validation decals for standard license plates and motorcycle license plates.
- Print the vehicle license plate number on the decal with other validations.
- Accommodate print-on-demand capabilities in field offices, county assessors and the department’s vehicle registration business partners.
- Print and mail decals as permits for non-resident business owners operating vehicles in state.
- Process, print and mail decals and registration documentation centrally from vendor’s secure facility and possess and maintain the appropriate mailer processing equipment to include burster, folder, and sealer for doing so.
- Shall supply all hardware, software, maintenance, installation, wiring, routers, switches, servers and resources necessary to successfully print all required information on the varying credential indicia outlined.
- Provide the self-mailer processing equipment to include but not limited to burster, folder, and sealer equipment compatible with the vendor’s proposed form.
- Provide facility security for printing and storing of identified documents.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite.
