[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide background check and verification services on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
- Perform data entry of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or background check forms
- Service Provider also offers the option to permit the perspective employee, contractor, or volunteer to enter the information into the system on-line.
- Service Provider provides all background check forms including parental consent forms, if necessary
- Background Screening Services for each prospective employee, contractor, or volunteer maybe categorized as regular, periodic or agency specific.
- Screening Services:
- service allow the ability to select from an array of a-la-carte products
- Implementation / On Boarding:
- The State desires an online, applicant-entered, data entry system, applicant data captured through an online form, paper form, or other methods.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
