[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide public outreach support services to the City by assisting with the creation of exhibits, renderings, and graphics for design concepts to be distribution to the public in a variety of ways; consultant may be asked to create handouts, surveys, website materials, or other items that will be used in public meetings and at various board and commission presentations to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
- Assist in the data collection effort related to aesthetic concepts and themes already present in City and documented by past studies, and they will provide support for how those themes might be incorporated into the project design concepts; develop a rendering and conceptual depictions of the city provided design concepts. this may include sight specific renderings or renderings of entire sections of street; develop a final flyover view of the corridor for the identified concept similar to what has been developed on past city projects of a similar complete streets type; consultant will assist city to organize a public meeting or meetings, anticipated to be held during the later stages of the project, to identify and discuss roadway and aesthetic concepts and to receive feedback and comments from community members on those project concepts.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 14, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
