[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web content management system to include software, possible hosting, implementation services, training, and technical support from a single vendor.
- Able to track content and support action dates (begin date, review date, archive date, end date, etc.)
- Content management system must provide a content “review and approval” workflow
- Content management system should provide reporting and analytics
- Able to support multiple methods of content entry, college needs to monitor usage of the site to assist in enhancing and refining its web content offerings and ensure that the system is properly sized and designed
- College currently creates web content in-house and hosted by system computing services (SCS) utilizing a Linux/apache server platform. some amount of content is managed by end users using outdated, legacy PERL scripts/programs served up as web pages and attempting to emulate CMS functionality.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (Canada Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
