[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide advertising and marketing services to brand management, advertising and marketing strategy, creative and promotional material development, digital marketing, administrative function, tracking and measurement.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on December 22, 2016.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 5, 2017.
(4) Contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
