[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide scholarship study services to conduct a comprehensive study concerning the effectiveness of publicly funded higher education scholarships and grants to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
The study must also include specific recommendations as to:
(a) Improving the effectiveness and efficiency of publicly funded scholarship and grant programs;
(b) Improving student outcomes for scholarship and grant recipients; and
(c) Reducing the administrative costs of each scholarship or grant program.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
