[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology upgrade infrastructure and a cloud-first strategy services include replace obsolete network equipment, improve operational efficiency, improve cyber security posture and provide disaster recovery/ internet connectivity redundancy to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
- Create a robust and fully integrated information technology infrastructure that meets the cloud-first approach and long term needs of the agency. Cloud services will guarantee security compliance standards, data recovery, automatic encryption, intrusion detection and multiple firewall layers for added protection,
- Implementation of a cloud storage and disaster recovery in the event of a catastrophe. New cloud converged platforms should simplify daily operations and administrative tasks by combining Compute, Server, Storage and Virtualization into a single managed solution providing full application availability,
- Transition to a managed service agreement for critical IT applications and provide real- time service to proactively monitor and manage critical infrastructure and applications,
- Shall design, configure, and install equipment while IT provides the project management. IT staff quite possibly may, under direction of contractor, install and configure equipment depending on tasks and activities assigned during implementation and as determined by the project team. Contractor shall provide knowledge transfer and training to IT after implementation.
(2) A pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on October 25,2021.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
