[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide scholarship study to conduct a study regarding publicly funded higher education scholarships and grants in the state to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
- Study must include, but not be limited to, the review and analysis of the following programs: the governor millennium scholarship program; the state promise scholarship program; and the silver state opportunity grant program.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 14, 2021.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
