[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide data collection services to compile customer service satisfaction, attitudes and opinion data through telephone surveys to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
- Typical customer service research will focus on owner customer contact, telephone service and automated telephone functions. in addition to overall customer satisfaction, the research will assess telephone service attributes, self-reported hold times, number and type of customer calls, and automated telephone system attributes.
- The research will use tracking data and comparisons to previous survey results. In support of these studies, the contractor shall collect data through telephone surveys in accordance with these specifications.
(2) A Pre-Solicitation Conference will be held on October 28, 2021.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite.
