[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology master planning services for IT master planning services for assistance with creating a seven-year IT Master Plan to the government authority located in Nevada.
- IT master plan that provides short-term and long-term guidance for airport-wide IT needs; assess the current IT conditions for all areas of the airport and identify those IT needs that facilitate the advancement of strategic goals
- review and assessment of the IT Department’s current staff, operations, budget, application support, project management, cybersecurity posture, and an evaluation of the Department’s effectiveness to implement and manage the Technology Plan
- Assist in the preparation of IT master plan communication tools to be used when presenting the results of the effort to senior management.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 18, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
