- Provide a preliminary project plan that includes Proposer's concept of the project including the methodology to be used and the major deliverables to be produced, including Proposed Services and details for all other proposed solutions and technology.
- Provide a statement as to local resources that would be utilized.
- Provide any assumptions and/or constraints made in developing the proposal
- Provide a proposed schedule (work plan) including tasks, milestones, dates for completion, resource assignments, and critical path.
- Identify if and how your work plan will differ from the initial audit and subsequent audits thereafter, if authorized by Owner.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
