[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide system-wide salary schedule study services with expertise in higher education compensation, to review and recommend updates to the current NSHE salary
schedules to the government authority located in Reno, NV.
- Evaluate salary schedules for alignment with market data
- Identify the methodology and data used for the development of the salary schedules
- Provide a comprehensive report that details process findings, and recommendations
- Bi-weekly written progress reports indicating the data collected and project status
- Prepare a written final report of recommendations, including a description of methods,
techniques, and data used to develop any recommended salary schedule revisions.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 8, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
