Government authority located in Las Vegas, Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for early out self-pay pre-collection services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide pre-collection services for self-pay balances and self-pay balances after insurance to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
- All accounts with balances after insurance or without insurance coverage are outsourced for collection for one hundred twenty (120) days prior to sending to bad debt.
- These services include printing and mailing statements generated out of Epic, managing any and all return mail, providing outgoing dialing campaigns, email and text messaging when appropriate, establishing and managing payment arrangements, answering questions related to statements, and fielding calls for account audits and charge disputes.
- Proposer’s call center system must be able to handle high volume calls.
- Call center must be staffed at a minimum of Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm Pacific Standard Time.
- All telephone messages must be returned within twenty-four (24) hours.
- Hospital is to be notified as soon as possible of any phone outages, system outages or other unforeseen circumstances that affect hospital calls.
- All calls must be recorded for future reference should a complaint or dispute be filed.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 11, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite.
