Government Authority located in Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for digital aerial imagery services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital aerial imagery services to the government authority located in Nevada.
- All imagery must be collected using aerial digital camera sensors only.
- Owner with a Microsoft excel spreadsheet of coordinates of proposed control points, in U.S. Stateplane feet, and a related map depicting the project control plan within a minimum of 60 days prior to the intended first date of imagery acquisition.
- Imagery will not be acquired when the sun elevation angle is less than forty degrees above the horizon. Acquisition will take place when atmospheric conditions are such that clear and well-defined images of physical features can be obtained.
- Resolution will be Pixel resolution of no greater than 0.25-foot, or 3-inch, or 7.5cm. The provider may resample from a smaller pixel resolution to achieve desired resolution, but the provider may not resample from a larger pixel resolution to achieve desired resolution.
- Seamlines between the overlapping images will be chosen to minimize tonal variations. Changes in color balance across the project should be gradual.
- Final digital photography product will be delivered as uncompressed GeoTIFF image file format, Version 1.8.2 and readable through ArcGIS Pro 2.8 or later, or ArcMap software version 10.8 or later.
- Content standards for Digital Geospatial Metadata describing the aerial production process shall be submitted in extensible markup language (.xml) format for each tile.
- Provide owner with .xlsx or .csv format file which includes x-y coordinates, elevation (MSL), Omega, Phi Kappa and GPS (Global Positioning System) time.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 14, 2022
