Government Authority located in Reno, Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for international employment services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide various employment services in countries outside the United States that may include hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits, tax matters and occasionally recruiting to the government authority located in Reno, NV.
• Using a local legal entity, hire the selected individuals, serving as the employer of record, providing an employment contract, payroll services and related benefits that comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide HR-personnel services, payroll and other tax services as appropriate and customary in the relevant country, compliance with local requirements, and provide agency with all necessary payroll, accounting, and financial information.
• Provide assistance with required visas and work permits.
• Provide cost-effective health insurance and other benefits satisfying both mandatory requirements and extraordinary benefits as appropriate to the individual and the locale.
• When requested, search for or help agency locate foreign nationals that satisfy the need for teachers, researchers and professional-skilled personnel.
• Provide the service in a majority of countries, locales around the world.
• Operate the service with a minimum of added costs to agency.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 17, 2022.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
