[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide eligibility system updates
- Implement system enhancements to electronic and paper correspondence components and program screens
- Implement features that encourage end-users to use electronic services provided through the self-service portal (Access Nevada) and enroll in electronic communication
- Implement streamlined account linking which will automatically associate verified account users with their cases so they can access self-service features online.
- Implement on-demand case linking to allow authorized users to assist users in associating their accounts with their welfare cases.
- Prompt users to associate their online account with their case and enroll in electronic communication options and paperless communication.
- Identify and stop duplicate benefits for the following scenarios:
- Client with same Unique Person Identifier (UPI) getting duplicate benefits
- Client with the same name and DOB getting duplicate benefits
- Client with the same Soundex name and DOB getting duplicate benefits
- More than 1 case getting benefits at the same mailing address
- Redesign Mass Change by recalculating eligibility by applying only changed mass change values like income and allotment amounts to existing case income and resource values and creating versions without going through rules engine and creating thousands of tasks for the worker.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 24, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
