Government Authority located in Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for paper to digital document scanning, indexing and conversion service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital high-quality scanning, digitizing and indexing services for multiple size and file types using scanning resolution at of 300-600 dpi in PDF file format.
- Letter and Legal-size documents (Anticipated largest are 11" x 17").
- Include removing all staples and paperclips, repair all torn documents with non-reflective tape, straighten all folded plans and mount any irregular size memorandum on standard 8 1/2 x 1 1 or 8 1/2 x 14 paper and other wise make-ready the documents for processing.
- Scanned images shall be placed within the OnBase document management system.
(2) Estimates approximately, 12,000 files that contain approximately 3.8 million pieces of paper.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 14, 2022
(4) The contract period will be for one year.
(5) Pre-bid meeting will be held on February 24, 2022

- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite.
