[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated agency and agencies of record services
- Must be proactive and thrive in a highly creative, energetic, and collaborative partnership environment
- Vendor(s) also will be responsible for providing strategic direction within their contracted area of expertise, based on nationwide best practices to ensure the Division’s marketing efforts are innovative, engaging, and create a strong return on investment
- Provided incorporating the highest level of transparency, ethics, and collaboration with the staff and all external vendors associated with the marketing program
- Brand Strategy and Creative Development:
- The contracted creative team must be a champion of the brand in every respect from strategic direction to tactical execution, with a key account manager who ensures the brand is properly conveyed across all programs and channels
- seeking creative work that elevates the brand, compelling audiences to visit state. The campaigns must go beyond generating awareness to lift positive perceptions and to be a true sales tool that drives consumer trip-planning and purchase decisions
- brand has been consistent over the last several years, and the Division is not seeking a reinvention or departure from strategy. The brand pillars remain solid and true, and responding agencies should seek to build off brand momentum with an evolution of current messaging that propels the brand forward
- promotes travel experiences to both in state audiences via a “Discover Your Nevada” campaign and to out-of-state audiences separated into established, emerging, and growth markets. The selected creative agency should consider nuances of messaging for both the in-state and the out-of-state audiences, with the goal of shifting the perception positively
- Media Buying:
- seeking visionary thinkers who will truly elevate the brand via multiple media executions, delivering campaign messaging while offering cost efficiencies. The contracted team should be media experts who look at trends, identify new channels and market opportunities, and take risks to optimize results
- look to its media buying partner to identify strategies that ensure Travel is present at all consumer decision touchpoints. The Media Buyer will work collaboratively with Tourism staff as well as all integrated marketing partners regarding the strategy and execution of each buy
- The proposed media buys should include national partners in the travel space, and major brand-aligned partnerships should be introduced, with the involvement of the creative agency
- Public Relations/External Communications:
- The external communications program must align with the overall marketing strategy and integrate with all other industry development and marketing components. The PR vendor must work closely with the Division’s marketing and industry development staff and the integrated marketing agencies to create cohesive messaging
- The PR vendor and the Division’s PR staff are responsible for driving brand awareness and positive perception and must be able to apply proper messaging across all channels of marketing, public relations, consumer relations, and B2B efforts
- The assigned account lead(s) must collaborate with other account lead(s) if multiple agencies are selected within the integrated marketing agency group to ensure seamless alignment and planning.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 24, 2022.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
