Government Authority located in Las Vegas, Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for travel demand model employment projections and technical support service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide travel demand model (TDM) employment projections and technical support service to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
1. Develop employment projection as input for travel demand model.
- Coordinate with staff to develop a work plan with specific sub-tasks, timelines, and roles.
- Prepare monthly progress reports, invoices, billings, and administer any sub-consultant (DBE) agreement.
- Evaluate and analyze base year employment conditions - regional totals and by industry from regional economic model by industry and by geographic distribution from the State or other data sources.
- Evaluate and analyze future year employment forecasts - regional totals and by industry from regional economic model or other data sources.
- Compile information on base year and near future commercial building conditions, projected absorption, and growth. Compile near-term casino and hotel construction information.
- Allocate the projected future jobs by industry to geographic locations based on projected future land use (either redevelopment or new development) and forecasted future employment growth by industry. Summarize and validate allocations by industry and by jurisdiction.
- Participate two land used working group meetings to make report and presentations on the employment projection.
- Produce TDM input files, employment maps, graphics, tables and technical report or memos.
2. Provide on-call technical support services.
- Solve travel demand modeling issues.
- Modify travel demand model as desired.
- Support the MOVES modeling. For instance, run or assist to run the most updated MOVES version model and refine the automation process of the MOVES model.
- Support to travel demand model, and air quality conformity determination related issues that emerge during the contract term.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 14, 2022.
(3) A WebEx pre-proposal conference will be held on March 8, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
