[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide forensic medical specialist services for forensic medical specialists, forensic specialist abuse investigators, and forensic nurses are needed statewide to assist aps investigators with investigations involving complex medical records to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
1.Assist APS Investigators with investigations by providing expert opinion and review of complex medical cases, including identifying neglect and abuse, wound development and care, cases involving multiple diagnosis, medication issues, and injury identification.
2.Examine medical records and document findings.
3.Conduct services as soon as possible and begin analysis not later than three (3) working days from the date of request.
4.Provide with a full written report of the findings and conclusions no later than ten (10) working days from the date of request. The report should include a narrative outlining the documents examined, the procedures and the findings, as well as details of the findings and supporting documentation. Timeframe may be revised upon request and mutual agreement of both parties.
5.Contractor may be subject to subpoena if a case is criminally prosecuted or the parties pursue civil proceedings. limits the ability to pay for testimony for criminal cases only.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 9, 2022.
