[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated marketing, communications and public outreach services for developing integrated marketing and advertising campaigns, media planning, buying and placement, branding, other public outreach and communication and create and monitor budgets.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on January 31, 2017.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 6, 2017.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
