[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide third-party administration services for self-funded workers compensation program.
- Defend Owner against improper claims, and provide hearing representation. Maintain claims experience and financial records and reports
- final authority on compensability decision
- Owner reserves the right to use the Districts pharmacy discount program
- Provider shall track and provide documents to excess insurance carriers and request reimbursement
- Provide required state reporting and individual monthly and quarterly reports
- Provider shall establish liaison with health care providers to assure adequate and prompt treatment of workers' compensation claimants, and timely initial and progress reporting
- Immediately establish reserves on claims based upon medical and factual reporting
- Prepare files, submit documentation and represent Owner at administrative hearings.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite and Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
