[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide specialized medicaid mobility services with the intention of establishing local service provider partnerships to contain the cost of, and daily demand on, commission paratransit service during peak hours to the government authority located in Pasadena, NV.
- Service Providers will handle all business functions including, but not limited to all aspects of staffing and employee management processes, client interaction, customer service and resolving customer problems, fleet maintenance, vehicle fueling, and cleaning, creating and maintaining all required plans such as fleet, security, and emergency plans, developing routes, scheduling trips and the performance of transportation services, as well as the preparation and maintenance of financial and other record-keeping and reporting duties and requirements.
- Provide day-to-day management and operation of program services as outlined in the application process.
- Reduce current reimbursement requests for any previously reimbursed trip(s) if any such trip is deemed by the state of state to be ineligible for medicaid coverage or approval, or allow the commission to reduce current reimbursements to the service providers for the same.
- Provide program outreach services and literature to the general public.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 26, 2022.
