Vendor needs to provide independent cost estimator services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
• Reviewing construction contract documents for quality, biddability, and constructability, and identification of conflicts and ambiguities to prevent disputes or change orders.
• Integrating construction phasing, sequencing, and scheduling considerations into the design process.
• Introduction of innovative construction practices into transportation projects to reduce costs, accelerate schedules or improve project quality.
• Leading or participating in value engineering and probabilistic cost estimating processes.
• Working with multi-discipline teams to successfully accomplish project goals by applying alternative construction methods and approaches to improve designs, lower project construction costs, manage and mitigate risks, and accelerate project schedules.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
