[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide AWARE WIOA data consultant service to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
- to review current performance accountability and tracking AWARE case management system, provide recommendations for changes and oversee the changes, as made
- Identify existing data elements and make recommendations to staff for data cleansing to align with current RSA-911 reporting needs. Develop guidance materials for staff and supervisors to utilize for on-going accurate data entry
- identify existing data elements and provide recommendations for data cleansing
- help create a training program/reporting tools for staff on MSG and Credentials
- monitor staff as data is cleansed
- analyze current reporting to determine if they meet reporting guidelines
- compare and analyze reporting to other state’s reporting
- identify reporting areas that need to be changed and submit recommendations for changes
- help staff create up to 15 unique reports that meet internal and RSA needs
- monitor staff as new and modified reports are implemented
- Client Services: The needs of clients with disabilities who are interested in obtaining and/or maintaining employment are addressed by working one-on-one with highly trained and educated VR counselors
- staff begins with an assessment to determine the client’s current abilities and skill levels and how they might benefit from available services
- counselors create employment plans tailored to the needs and desires of the client
- When necessary, counselors may refer clients to other State agencies for resources
- often collaborates with businesses to assess job sites and implement tools that will improve an employee’s ability to successfully perform duties
- provides referrals to jobs, placement assistance and career counseling
- provides information and access to local education and training providers
- provides information and access to assistive technology to maintain and further current employment, or to achieve training and new employment opportunities
- The needs of students with disabilities who are transitioning into adulthood and are addressed by working one-on-one with highly trained and educated counselors.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 30, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
