[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide needs assessment services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
a. Conducting multiple community meetings and focus groups.
b. Utilize interviews, contextual enquiry, root cause analysis, and empathy mapping in building to the defining of problems impacting the Elementary School community and the 89106-area code.
c. Design a process including the design thinking steps of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test while constructing a needs assessment final report.
d. Initiate the needs assessment process in August 2022, and delivering a final, comprehensive needs assessment to the Clark County School District by December 2023.
e. Prepare a needs assessment including facility design recommendations to be considered in the facility design process scheduled to begin in June 2024.
f. Identify the current realities of Elementary School students, families, and community members.
g. Determine trends and formulate hypothesis about what a new delivery system at Elementary School could produce as far as multigenerational impact, student achievement, and career trajectory for stakeholders.
h. Acquire feasibility and viability information related to future implementation components at Elementary School.
i. Incorporate historical components in the needs assessment process valuing the Prime 6 program and other programming in the 89106 area code.
j. Report out monthly progress updates to leaders in the College, Career, Equity, and School Choice Unit in the Clark County School District.
k. Align evidenced-based strategies in the data collection process, needs assessment protocols, and final needs assessment report.
