[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide a creative firm that is experienced in employer branding to develop an employee value proposition, employer brand, and outreach campaign for the city that represents the vision, mission, and strategic priorities of the council while focusing on the employment environment and benefits that are important to today’s potential candidates.
- Attract candidates who reflect the values of the organization and understand the unique needs of our community to provide high-quality service;
- Build awareness for the city as a premier employer in public service;
- Retain a highly-qualified, authentic, and intrinsically-motivated workforce.
- Identify the city employee value proposition.
- Develop employer branding for the city reflective of the employee value proposition.
- Plan and execute a multi-media campaign using the new brand that could potentially include traditional media, digital and social media, public relations, and other common recruitment platforms and mediums.
- Design creative collateral materials for future recruitment promotions and efforts that may resonate with the identified target audience.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 17, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite.
