Government Authority located in Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for exhibit manager services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide exhibit manager services.
- Exhibit Manager for all coordination, logistics, payment of fees associated with the rental or reservation of a 20’ x 20’ booth or space, set up, and booth design, install and dismantle (I and D).
- Exhibit manager will coordinate and with the show manager as applicable.
- Staff to show up to the event, conduct business at their respective booth, then leave. All pre, during, and post logistics and coordination must be executed by the Exhibit Manager
- Exhibit Manager for all coordination, logistics, payment of fees associated with the rental ort reservation of a 20’ x 20’ booth or space, set up, and booth design, Install and Dismantle. The exhibit manager will coordinate with the united states marine corps (USMC) trade mark licensing office (TMLO).and with the show manager as applicable
- Contractor shall pay booth rental fee and registration fee within 5 business days
- Develop and provide blueprints or visuals of a 20’ x 20’ Agam booth design
- Contractor shall provide furniture and ancillary solutions (tables, flooring or carpet, chairs, a reception counter or desk, trash cans, etc.)
- Provide and Install and dismantle daily booth janitorial services.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
