[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud-based document scanning solution and services to scan documents to include, but not be limited to; workflow, indexing, posting, and real time monitoring, reporting and retrieval capabilities.
- Vendor will offer workflow, scanning, indexing, tracking, data repository and real time retrieval capabilities.
- Vendor will offer indexing and repository solutions including barcode scanning, optical character recognition, intelligent character recognition and cloud-based or on-premises storage.
- The system must have the ability to scan and store documents and associate these documents with taxpayer entities, cases, or processes, whether a code, document type or other unique identifier.
- The system must have the ability to upload and store documents while preserving native document formats, fonts, graphics, etc.
- The system must have role-based access control.
- The system must never display or transmit clear text passwords during login.
- The system must provide logging, reporting, and accessing errors and exceptions.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 07, 2022.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
