[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide inbound financial aid call center services to handle student financial aid related calls from Monday through Friday 8:00 am through 5:00 pm (Pacific Time) during the days when agency is open.
- Call Center times could be changed during peak seasons and those hours would be from 8:00 am through 7:00 pm local time.
- The call center will respond to calls requesting financial aid information such as: how to apply for financial aid, scholarships, grants, loans, work study; and questions regarding account status, missing documentation, selection for verification, admissions status, and award amounts.
- The call center will respond to questions regarding the eligibility for receiving aid, requirements necessary for disbursement, cost of attendance, parent and alternative loans, collections, current balances, fund disbursement information, and refund information.
(2) Approximate historical call volume was 74,414 from August 1, 2020 to July 31, 2021.
- The average talk time for inbound calls in an average of six (6) minutes.
- Call duration during a peak period may be increased by approximately two (2) minutes.
(3) Contract term will be five years.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
