[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 21st century community learning center external evaluator service to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
- Develop or assist the organization with developing an overall plan for evaluating the program outcomes.
- Assist staff with understanding the evaluation and its use for making data-driven program decision for planning and implementation of effective programming.
- Support the organization in identifying existing, implementing, or developing data or quality tools.
- Collect or gather qualitative and quantitative data from appropriate sources, as needed for evaluation.
- Analyze and interpret data for annual evaluation reports.
- Conduct site visits, interviews or focus groups as needed for reports.
- Provide ongoing data and evaluation services and related technical support.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 13, 2022.
(3) The contract period will be for three year.
