Government authority located in Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for web-based case management system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide solution for a case management software system to streamline its complaint processing.
- Seeking a hosted or cloud-based solution that solves the business and technical problems.
- The system must provide a web-based interface for remote access by public to create, maintain and search the case.
- System must allow external users and authorized staff to create new complaints via the internet.
- System must allow external users and authorized staff to check complaint status via the internet.
- System must perform validation edits on data prior to uploading it into CMS.
- The system should include a framework to allow designated CMS administrators to change business rules related to work-flow, computations, data integrity, data validation, adding/deleting fields.
- The system must provide roll-based security on at least the various levels: table, functions (add, modify fields, coded values and based on complaint/case types), including business roles and role base access to different users.
- System must have the ability to Implement audit and security components to track data changes for all mandatory fields.
- System must implement a consistent and distinguishable User ID, date, and timestamp attributes on all auditable records/rows whenever the record changes (created, updated, or deleted).
- System must not delete cases from the database or overwrite them in any manner.
-The system must support the scanning of double-sided documents, from letter and legal sized documents.
- System must provide online help that displays data field definitions for all user entered data fields on the portal and application.
- The system must record receipt of payment and generate invoices for services of interpreters.
- System must utilize defaults as applicable in certain data fields but provide ability to override the defaults.
- System must allow only authorized staff to enter or change available appointment schedules.
- System must allow for rescheduling or cancelling of appointments.
- System must identify potential companion and confirmed companion cases and alert staff of those cases at the time of the referral.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2022.
