[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide content creation wayfinding kiosks services
- To use original screens and power sources
- To update the main content in 24 hours to a week at most (construction, shutdowns, move of departments. Facility Planning and Environmental Graphic Designer will be trained to perform in-house updates to maps or announcements on the displays
- There are four digital kiosks throughout the facility. The wayfinding maps are out of date and present mistakes when a Veteran or family member clicks on certain services
- There are several instances where Veterans or family members are frustrated with the process due to lags in the software and/or the maps pointing them to the wrong location and potentially being late to their appointment
- Will provide access to wayfinding kiosks. OIT may provide access to internet/ wi-fi. The Signage program shall provide maps digital/ physical, design critiques/corrections, and final approval of content created
- Provide service to the wayfinding kiosks, install new internal hardware, design new wayfinding content, install new content, and train facility staff on changes and minor updates to the content.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
