[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide top-down voter registration system.
1. Voter registration:
- Support online portal capability for voter registration.
- Support all types of voter registration such as same day, UOCAVA, disabled, paper, in-person, confidential address, and multi-language.
- Provide an interface to view and manage voter information by elections staff and manage duplicates.
- Manage address changes and ERIC.
- Support automatic voter registration through various state agencies such as the department of motor vehicles.
- Process notices from vital statistics of deceased voters.
- Manage notice of felon.
- Issue and manage notices.
2. Election management:
- Support online portal capability file as a candidate, non-profit, minor party, PAC, recall committee, PAC AD.
- File contributions and expenses reports.
- Manage ballots.
- Manage cross county and local districts.
- Manage election close.
- Manage GIS.
- Manage local or state-wide election definition.
- Manage petitions.
- Manage polling locations and poll workers.
- Manage voting.
- Report tabulations and election night reporting.
3. Implementation:
- Provide information relating to implementation, including expected implementation requirements and timeframes.
4. Security:
- Security roles.
- System and data security features.
- Recognized security standards.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 15, 2022.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
