[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide voice system.
- existing solution supports approximately 1130 digital end instruments. The upgraded solution shall continue to support all existing digital end instruments.
- The solution shall be capable of supporting TSG-6 approved devices.
- The solution shall support V.150.1 secure telephones.
- All unique critical spares shall be identified, priced and included as part of the baseline.
- All right to use or software licensing and existing feature sets that may now not require right to use licensing before any upgrades, will be grandfathered and fully functional after the upgrade at no additional cost to the government.
- Offeror shall have 24-hour network operations center capable of supporting installation activities during non-business hours.
- Offeror shall have at least two department of defense past performance references for similar work performed.
(2) This bid is set-aside for total small-business.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 16, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
