[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide web-based integrated library system.
- Unique Management Services (collection agency)
- Enhanced content providers including Syndetics, NoveList, LibraryThing for Libraries, and other prominent vendors
- Print and AV vendors including Baker and Taylor, Brodart, Ingram, Midwest Tape, EBSCO, Gale or Cengage, Proquest, and Recorded Books
- The online catalog must be able to accept online debit or credit card payments
- Patron notification by email, text, and telephone messaging for overdue, almost due, etc.
- Ability to incorporate data and adjust for new partner libraries
- Web-based ILS solution is required. Mobile circulation that will work on multiple versions of multiple web browsers must be available. Solution must be cloud hosted by vendor
- Develop a data extraction and migration plan.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
