(1) Vendor needs to provide property and casualty brokerage service to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
- Market condition analysis.
- Risk management consulting or program development services.
- Claims adjusting services for property claims that fall within commercial policy deductibles.
- The risk management division, with one person adjusting all claims, desires to have property claims investigation and adjusting services
- Property and contents appraisal services, including for historic buildings or specialty properties (fine arts and museum collections).
- Actuarial analysis or budget projections.
- Loss prevention services including on site property surveys, cyber liability assessments, training courses (in-person and online) and safety services.
- Loss recovery or restoration services.
- Document issuance and verification.
- Support services to follow up with designated state representative in regard to compliance with loss prevention recommendations from insurer or risk manager.
- Claims audits.
- Training programs for state representatives on various insurance programs, products, and options.
- Any other services your firm can provide that may be important or beneficial to the stat
