[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide network managed services to the government authority located in Ely, NV.
- Evaluate, recommend and implement network equipment changes in county locations. firewall, switching, routing, and ap devices are all in scope. cloud-based devices preferred for smaller locations.
- Evaluate, recommend and implement network re-design in all locations to comply with current industry best practices with particular attention on data security standards, segmentation, and PCI requirements.
- Replace internet broadband circuits where required
- Implement internet circuit redundancy where required, i.e. 4g backup
- Provide ongoing network maintenance and monitoring of all network services including but not limited to:
- 24x7 monitoring of all network-related infrastructure including internet circuits
- Ability to dispatch technicians to all locations
- Maintenance of equipment i.e. firmware updates, patches, etc. at agreed-upon frequency.
- Recommend VoIP/cloud PBX solution
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 21, 2022.
