[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide public attorneys services for indigent defendants to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
- The Public Attorney shall, upon determination of Indigent status eligibility, perform services in connection with the criminal defence of indigent defendants assigned by the Court exercising jurisdiction
- Attorneys must be licensed
- Members in good standing with the state state bar, authorized to practice law in the city of city municipal court, the eighth judicial district court, and the state supreme court, and have sufficient experience and ability to avidly represent indigent defendants.
- Provide the necessary criminal
- Investigations, trial preparation and defence so as to provide full professional defence of such cases, and as required shall provide services to include, but not be limited to, interviews with advice to indigent defendants and witnesses, the performance of legal research, the interpretation and application of laws, Court decisions and legal point and authorities for the use and preparation of cases, contacting agencies regarding the collection of facts and evidence, attendance at arraignments, pre-trial hearings, the conduct of trials, the necessary filing and prosecution of appeals from the assigned department, the attendance at sentencing, and communication with Alternative Sentencing and Education concerning counseling.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
