[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide executive program manager and support services to the government authority located in Reno, NV.
- Make recommendations to the chief planning and infrastructure officer regarding the assignment of the integrated matrix
- Advise the chief planning and infrastructure officer, the president/CEO, and/or executive
team, regarding design and construction issues related
- Advise, make recommendations, and make presentations to the agency on predesign and programming, design, and construction issues related to the CMAR and design- bid-build contracts.
- Provide expertise and guidance in negotiating new professional services and construction management agreements, and with coordinating those new agreements with existing agreements
- Provide program support to agency staff and consultants as needed to implement the agency construction program.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 20, 2022.
(3) The contract period will be for five year.
