[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide certified public expenditures audit service for governmental entities These government entities include providers of targeted case management, school health services, medicaid administrative services, senior services, adult day health services, and ground emergency medical transportation services to the government authority located in Carson, NV.
- Review attachment of the state plan which is applicable to services provided by governmental entities which certify public expenditures.
- Prepare a draft framework of the audit program for records review to ensure compliance with requirements in the state medicaid plan and submit for approval or modification. The audit plan may include, but is not limited to, the following:
- Planning procedures, including risk assessment, to determine if on-site review activities are warranted.
- Procedures for review of direct costs.
- Procedures for review of indirect costs.
- Procedures for review of salaries and benefits for individuals who do not spend 100% of time on medicaid allowable activities.
- Procedures for review of total medicaid service activities.
- Settlement procedures to paid claims information.
- An outline of the sampling methodology to be used.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 12, 2022.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
