[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources, compensation, and classification services to review the evaluation process used for professional employees in system administration and provide a revitalized review process; review all positions and determine if they have been appropriately categorized by salary grade; conduct an equity study for system administration positions, determine salary adjustments necessary to achieve equity, and recommend implementation measures; and provide a comprehensive report that details findings and recommendations to the government authority located in Nevada.
- Attendance at an initial meeting with the chancellor and others to discuss the process and tasks to be performed, dedication of key personnel, and proposers point of contact.
- Willingness to coordinate with and receive input from system administration leadership and key stakeholders involved in the process.
- Updated review process with training must be effective as of the completion of phase 1(b).
- Classification and equity study must be effective July 1, 2023, and available for use as of the completion of phase 2; therefore, a rigorous timeline must be developed and adhered to.
- Weekly progress calls to ensure project alignment and progress.
- For both phases, establish appropriate methodologies and appropriate selection of peer institutions, appropriate market data, benchmarking standards, and include a comparison and analysis of comparable higher education institutions.
- Methodology for performing annual evaluations and performing recommended salary grade adjustments.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 22, 2022.
(3) Contract term will be one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
