(1) Vendor needs to provide online nursing programming service to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV. - To market, administer and expand an existing sequence of fully operational online courses (OC) for the College's registered nurse (RN) to baccalaureate of science nurse (BSN) programming in the state - Marketing & Business Development of the Online Courses - Assess market viability and demand for the program. - Provide personalized attention tailored to the mission of the program. - Analysis of competition. - Monitor and report on program performance. - Identify new target markets. - Develop and generate marketing materials. - Develop and execute web and social media strategy. - Market online program(s) to set them apart from competitors, with the potential to command an ever-increasing market share. - Collaborate with educational program administrators to ensure all regulatory and accreditation requirements are met in marketing campaigns. - Monitor and report on outcomes of marketing & business development efforts and tailor efforts accordingly. - Actively collaborate with internal College departments, services, and divisions. - Perform business development functions for specified markets. - Devote adequate resources to fulfil marketing expectations over time. - Enrolment Management and Student Retention Services - Create and implement a strategy for robust growth and retention. - Monitor application progress of prospective students. - Track students and provide data collection and reporting on prospective and current students. - Provide detailed communication plan to be implemented for each student from inquiry to degree completion. - Devote adequate resources to fulfil enrolment management and student retention services over time.
