(1) Vendor needs to provide review of historic resource survey consultant services to the government authority located in Reno, NV.
- Identify and compile a list of completed and in-progress surveys of historic resources located within the city limits of Reno and obtain electronic copies of each survey.
- Review the surveys and identify any required updates for resources dating from the city's prehistoric period.
- Complete a survey for the area within specific boundaries.
- Provide a summary of the downtown survey with recommendations for possible historic districts.
- Produce a comprehensive reference catalog of completed and in progress historic resource surveys.
- This includes but is not limited to historic resource inventories and surveys, architectural inventories and survey reports and historic resource surveys and Inventories that have been conducted by city employees and consultants working for the city, as well as surveys conducted by state and federal agencies and non-governmental organizations.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 26, 2023.
