(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive self-insured claims management program service for the Third-Party Administration of District Self-Insured Claims for liability and worker's compensation claims, contingent on the results of the experience and abilities of the Respondent in each line of coverage.
- qualified and licensed third-party claims administrator that shall manage its self-insured workers' compensation, automobile and general liability programs
- TPA shall not be guaranteed preference for ancillary services such as managed medical care; bill review; and pharmacy benefit management
- Pharmacy Benefit Management services that maximize efficiency and reduce costs for the district's self-insured workers' compensation program
- medical bill review and repricing services. All medical bills incurred as part of the District's Workers' Compensation claims program are forwarded for review.
(2) all questions must be submitted no later than February 23, 2023.
