(1) Vendor needs to provide 3D interactive mapping platform.
- Comprehensive and interactive campus mapping platform to enhance the campus experience for our students, faculty, and guests, provide greater visibility into accessibility and University resources, and offer customizable tours and wayfinding that can be leveraged for student activities, University events (e.g., commencement) and recruitment purposes (e.g., tours).
- The solution needs to include the ability to locate campus buildings and resources in an intuitive and mobile friendly map interface.
- Provide an attractive, aesthetically pleasing campus maps, including aerial, "birds-eye" views of University locations.
- Example locations to map include, but are not limited to buildings, parking areas, shuttle stops, restrooms, lactation rooms, emergency phones, laboratories, classrooms, tour stops, and more.
- The solution should be a single management platform that offers administrative control over multi-user roles. This platform should allow for University users to make real-time informational updates (e.g., when buildings are added, names of buildings are changed, etc.). The University may also work with the vendor on additions/changes to the provided map.
- This platform should be extensive, offering solutions including, but not limited to the following:
• Cloud-based - the product shall not be hosted by the University. The University is accepting proposals for product hosted by the Offeror.
• User interface should also include:
O Ability to click or select a building or location to display more information about that location
o Search feature allowing for users to search for locations/resources on campus and locate them on the map
o Ability to categorize/filter locations based on varying elements (e.g., labs, Athletics locations, restrooms, etc.).
• Mobile-friendly and optimized for mobile devices
• Able to integrate data feeds into the platform (e.g., live transit, computer lab availability)
• Include internal and external building renderings
• Include 360-degree maps/3D renderings, including panoramic options
• Allow for on-map/on-platform form integration (e.g., ability to add Slate CRM forms to the maps)
• Offer wayfinding
• Offer multi-language support for maps and wayfinding
• Offer customizable user roles with unlimited user access
• Include a real-time publishing option for map updates
