(1) Vendor needs to provide all payer claims database solution.
- An efficient solution for data submitters to provide data to the all-payer claims database.
- Provide an annotated version of the all-payer claims database - common data layout denoting required, optional, and other field statuses after contract execution.
- Identify and work with all eligible data submitters to collect current and historical data and establish a process for securing and streamlining data collection and aggregation.
- Create, maintain, and update the all-payer claims database website, ensuring all branding and content is developed in collaboration and approved prior to posting.
- Create, maintain, and update a Master Provider Index
- Maintain a help desk to support the data submission portal
- The all-payer claims database system shall maintain all data collected, updated, and processed in both original and updated forms.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 10, 2023.
(3) The contract period will be for four years.
