Vendor needs to provide community survey service to the government authority located in Sparks, NV.
- Develop and distribute a community survey in a way that is inclusive of various parts of the city community, including but not limited to people with differing mental and physical abilities and representing varied ethnic, linguistic, cultural and socioeconomic groups.
- The survey should seek information on residents' priorities, challenges, civic participation, expectations, demographics and any other categories that the vendor deems essential to the project.
- The qualified vendor will develop and finalize survey questions, implement a strategy to ensure that the survey reaches all parts of the city community including those that are generally not engaged with local government, distribute the survey and collect survey responses and provide city leadership with an analysis of survey results to guide future decisions.
- Reaching a representative sample of the community is essential to the success of this project, the qualified vendor will propose strategies to engage varied parts of the city population.
- The qualified vendor is expected to provide regular updates to city leadership staff in various formats, including but not limited to informal emails, written memoranda, telephone calls and virtual or in-person meetings. The qualified vendor should also be prepared to give one in-person presentation to the city council and one in-person presentation to the Sparks Equity and Inclusion Advisory Board regarding survey results.
