(1) Vendor needs to provide licensing and regulatory software solution.
- The Commission on Postsecondary Education (CPE) does not have a current platform and is paper based. The CPE uses Office 365 products, such as Excel spreadsheets, Access Database, and Word to manage work. However, DETR as an agency maintains custom applications built using Java, Spring, Hibernate and Weblogic Server, Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle Business Intelligence, Oracle Identity and Access Management and integrated with Oracle PSRM
- Operating system environment: Linux, Windows
- Database environment: Oracle Exadata, SQL Server
- Through the CPE's LRSS project, the state expects to enhance and improve program outcomes, increase CPE's efficiencies and effectiveness, and increase reporting updates and enhancements.
- Vendors must describe and explain their proposed LRSS platform, how it will accomplish the state's business needs and objectives, and how it will satisfy the requirements
- Provide information relating to the functionality and features offered including relating to an online licensing and application process
- Provide information relating to the EFT payment tools and functionality
- Reporting functionality and features offered
- Provide information relating to implementation, including but not limited to expected implementation requirements and timeframes.
- The functionality and ability to interface with other state agencies, vendors and partners such as third-party administrators.
